The grapes used for the aging process are those of the Turbiana variety intended for the production of Lugana Doc, while the cheese is a selection made from whole cow's milk. As with its larger version, the Nascondino Extra aged in Lugana Doc also remains in contact with the wet skins of the grapes before being soaked in Lugana wine.
