The Lugana Doc Riserva Sermana is a wine with a deep straw yellow color, whose aroma evokes complex herbaceous floral notes, with fruity hints of citrus. Its taste is dry, harmonious and very balanced, persistent and with a pronounced minerality.
The Cantina Sermana is located south of Lake Garda, in a terrain influenced by its remote glacial origin, consisting of a varied stratification of silt and clay sediments. The land is bordered by the waters of the Sermana river, from which it also takes its name. Dedication, commitment, sacrifice, and passion have made these unique and high-quality products.
The Lugana Doc Riserva Sermana di Corte Sermana is ideal to be paired with seafood or raw fish appetizers. It also goes well with delicate first courses always based on fish, refined and fine-flavored risottos, or with white meats with sophisticated condiments.
The Lugana Doc can also be enjoyed with young cheeses that have a not too overpowering flavor, so that the citrusy and herbal notes of the wine remain present.
