Burgundy Puligny Montrachet 750ml

The Pulingy Montrachet produced by Chartron et Trebouchet is one of the most famous white wines in the world, also known as the perfect wine. It is produced in the municipality located in Cote-d'Or, a very renowned wine region of Burgundy.

This wine is part of the most famous crus of the Cote de Beaune as it is the purest expression of the Chardonnay white grape, alongside a natural environment.
The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in 40% new oak barrels. The wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels with regular stirring to achieve depth and complexity.
The vineyards of Chartron et Trebouchet are found on an excellent calcareous and marly terrain.

Burgundy Puligny Montrachet 750ml: use in the kitchen

This Puligny Montrachet white wine has a golden yellow color with green reflections and on the nose it emits mineral aromas like flint, floral notes like hawthorn, and milk (butter, warm croissant) that blend elegantly with notes of honey and hazelnuts. On the palate, there is a great concentration of aromas and the finish is powerful and distinct.

Puligny Montrachet is a wine that pairs wonderfully with noble meats and fish such as veal in béchamel, roasted sea bass, or foie gras. It is highly recommended also with seafood like shrimp and lobster. Delicious as an aperitif and with light-flavored cheeses.
