This Bionda is an unfiltered, unpasteurized, and bottom-fermented craft beer. It has a light body and presents a beautiful golden color, with an extremely refreshing taste, characterized by an elegant spicy aroma of hops.
Pils are as good as they are delicate, measuring the brewmaster's skill more than others in their production. What distinguishes it is a dense and enduring frothy head, a color like gold, floral and hoppy aromas, good carbonation (that is the bubbles, what "parlage" is for wine), a slim body, and a moderate alcohol content.
