Il Bottaccio, Tuscany

The culture of olive oil and high-quality products has been part of the Guglielmi family for several generations, and Luca is today the custodian of this important tradition that started in 1925 with Grandpa Ermelindo. We are in Tuscany, in a hilly area, but just a few steps from the sea and the famous cypress trees of Bolgheri: this is where Il Bottaccio rises with its olive trees and the oil mill.
