The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tutto Leccino by Il Bottaccio is an elegant monocultivar, obtained from mature olives expertly harvested at the right time. A mix of selected Italian cultivars designed to release balanced aromas and fragrances.
The Tutto Leccino monocultivar is a bright green extra virgin oil with notes of green olive and hints of almond and artichoke. Delicate, with a light intensity, smooth bitter and spicy flavors that are persistent but soft.
Supply chain guarantee: this oil is produced with olives cultivated and harvested on the farm, in the coastal area of the province of Livorno.
To obtain high-quality oils, Il Bottaccio conducts manual and/or semi-manual harvesting with particular attention to olive selection and milling times, for which no more than 8 hours should pass from harvesting.
