The GinKooper produced by Capitano Kooper is a spirit with a delicate aroma of juniper. Its fragrances strongly resemble pine resin with a subtle hint of citrus. On the palate, it is very persistent and is accompanied by citrus notes with a slightly bitter yet smooth finish.
The origins of this fantastic GinKooper trace back to an infusion of 6 botanicals sourced from the national territory. It uses juniper berries, orange peels, coriander seeds, orris root, wormwood flowers, and gentian root.
The distillation of this gin takes place in a completely artisanal distillery in Italy.
Also characteristic and unique is its bottle, as it is hand-decorated with colors suitable for glass, making it a real gem just like the bottle of AmaroKooper.
