Wine obtained exclusively from Merlot grapes from a small vineyard of 0.50 ha, immersed in a forest.
The vines are only 6 years old and the production is limited to 35 quintals of grapes. Training system is spurred cordon.
Vinified in conical oak vats and aged in tonneaux and second and third passage barriques.
