The Pinot Bianco DOC Collio is a complex and complete wine: a wine of remarkable elegance on the nose and with great structure on the palate, a characteristic that derives from the territory of Collio.
In all wines, there are notes of minerality that come from the Eocene origin soil; these are marine seabeds that emerged 50 million years ago and thus retain this high minerality. In all vineyards, significant thinning is carried out to obtain high-quality wines.
