The Pistachio Cream by Agrimontana is made using Feudo Di San Biagio selection pistachio, from the heart of Sicily, a blend of the best pistachios for a uniquely delicate taste. It contains only noble fats (cocoa butter, sunflower seed oil). It does not contain palm oil.
Agrimontana, to achieve 100% pure pastes, works the ingredients according to ancient recipes where the oilseeds are roasted and refined to create a silky and smooth product that is able to maintain the original aromatic notes.
Ingredients: sugar, Sicilian pistachio 25%, sunflower seed oil, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, salt.
