The Birra del Brigante craft Dunkel Weizen from the brewery Lesster is a dark beer with coppery reflections, in the dunkel weizen style. On the palate, it is smooth and rich, maintaining all the characteristics of a classic weizen but providing a rounder and caramelized finish. 

This Dunkel Weizen is a top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurized beer with no preservatives, produced according to the method of bottle fermentation. Five different barley malts and wheat malt as the main ingredient were used to produce it.
