The Gorgonzola DOP BIO by Arrigoni is a blue cheese, soft, made from raw cow's milk, named after a town in Lombardy near Milan where it is said to have originated in the 12th century to salvage curd that had been forgotten the day before.
The use of milk from organic farming allows for the combination of the traditionally sweet and creamy characteristics of Gorgonzola with the philosophy of healthy living.
Aging: minimum 50 days

Flavor: sweet, not very pronounced.
