The Lucifero di Arrigoni (which we present to you on this page in approximately 180g) is a blue cheese excellent when paired with dried fruits and autumn fruits such as pears, grapes, apples, or figs, but also with fresh fruit transformed into jam. You can also try it with dried bananas, quince jam, or dried plums, or simply accompanied by some excellent balsamic vinegar.
Flavor: sweet and slightly spicy due to the presence of chili.
Rind: compact, rough, hard in a gray/pink color, inedible.
Paste: white or straw-colored, buttery and melty, streaked due to mold development, with the presence of chili in the typical red color.
