This is a blend made from a careful selection of various origins of cocoa from around the world, majestically assembled in the heart of Tuscany according to a secret recipe.
Unique in intensity and complexity, the Grand Cuvée Character 309 Extra Dark Chocolate 85% by Noalya unleashes intense notes of blackberry and licorice and surprises with its distinct finish of coffee and tobacco.
It also amazes with a pleasant final freshness that leaves the palate clean after tasting. It is elegant, magnetic, with strong but not overpowering aromatic notes.
It presents with a deep color leaning towards black due to the high cocoa percentage, well at 85%, thus characterizing it as an extra dark chocolate.
Ingredients: cocoa mass obtained from cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla bean extract.
