The Barolo Caviot DOCG 2016 from theAzienda Agricola Ca' Viola is a wine that takes its name from the nickname with which, in his hometown, Montelupo Albese, they used to call Beppe Caviola. It is a wine produced from hand-picked grapes that have been carefully selected, aged for at least 24 months in large oak barrels and reveals, right from the start, an intense, refined, and harmonious red, an excellent expression of the native territory.
