The I.P.A. from Ca' Verzini is a handcrafted amber beer, with a light body, citrus notes, and tropical fruit, complemented by the intense bitterness of the hops.
Refermented in the bottle with natural sediment at the bottom.

The I.P.A. from Ca' Verzini is a rather structured beer and therefore pairs well with equally structured flavors: many would drink it while snacking on chips, peanuts, or other savory snacks, which, by the way, go very well with this beer, as salty foods increase thirst and make the IPA less bitter and more refreshing. However, be careful, as the bitterness of the IPA balances perfectly, in addition to salty, also with sweet, umami, and the spicy notes of chili. In any case, the food that is its "perfect match" is undoubtedly fried chicken wings or Fish & Chips.
