The Arrigoni Gorgonzola DOP sweet is a soft, blue-veined cheese made from whole cow's milk, named after a town in Lombardy near Milan where it is said to have originated in the 12th century to recover curd forgotten the day before.
The sweet version is soft, with a blue veining that is evenly distributed but characterized mainly by bluish-green molds.

Aging: minimum 50 days
