The Crede Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut 2019 by Bisol is a unique Prosecco that originates from the hills of Poderi Bisol from glera, verdiso, and pinot bianco grapes. The first two varieties, in particular, find their ideal habitat in the clayey soils known as “crede”.
“Crede” is the dialectal term that refers toclay, an element that characterizes the soil of the vineyards, which were once covered by the sea, selected in the municipality of Valdobbiadene for the creation of this Superior Prosecco. The clayey soil allows for the retention of water close to the roots of the vines, preventing them from suffering during drought. The grapes thus enrich themselves with noble acids that give elegant and delicate floral notes.
