Its aromas recall artichoke, freshly cut grass, and aromatic herbs. It has a light fruity flavor, not aggressive, round, complete, pleasant on the palate, and overall delicate.
The Delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Frantoio Le Fascine is a delicate oil, with mild sensations of balanced spice and bitterness. Excellent as a dressing for delicate dishes such as boiled fish, dairy products, sauces, and raw meat carpaccio.
We see it working very well as a seasoning for: fried fish, meat or fish appetizers, white sauces like mayonnaise, delicate salads (lamb's lettuce, lettuce), steamed or boiled fish, sautéed seafood, sour vegetables.
