The Capocollo from Fattoria Lepini is a true typical delicacy! It is a cured meat product handcrafted with 100% Italian pork from Lazio, sourced directly from the farm, without the use of colorants, gluten-free, suitable for celiacs, naturally lactose-free and free from allergens.

This capocollo is obtained from the deboned neck, spiced, left to marinate, hand-wrapped until it reaches a maturation period of 3 months.
Ingredients: 100% Italian pork, mix of natural aromas, salt, and pepper.
