These taralli have always been produced following the traditional recipe of the San Lorenzello biscuit tarallo, using the same type of processing to keep the product artisanal.
The dough is made using mother yeast, which ensures natural rising. The dough is then cut into strips that are hand-twisted or made using automatic machines, then boiled and finally put in the oven to finish cooking.
Ingredients: wheat flour type "00", olive pomace oil, olive oil 2%, fennel seeds 3%, salt, mother yeast, natural yeast.
Allergens: gluten and may contain traces of nuts.
