The Glazed Lemon Taralli from Biscotti Ricciardi are a true specialty with a soft and delicate taste. Coated with a thin layer of lemon-flavored glaze, these taralli are truly intriguing and all to be discovered!
These taralli have always been produced following the traditional recipe of the San Lorenzello biscuit tarallo and the same type of processing to keep the product artisanal.
The dough is obtained using sourdough which ensures natural fermentation. The dough is then cut into strips that are braided by hand or through automatic machines, after which they are boiled and then baked to complete the cooking.
Ingredients: wheat flour type "00", sugar, lard, eggs, salt, sourdough, natural yeast, lemon flavor.
Allergens: gluten, eggs, and may contain traces of nuts.
