The Biodynamic Sorghum Mezze Maniche from Bontasana are an ideal combination of taste and balance. The Mezze Maniche have a slight hazelnut aftertaste, are porous because they are bronze-died and dried at low temperatures for about 21 hours.
Sorghum is less known than quinoa and rice but has interesting nutritional values, not only for its antioxidant content but also for minerals and fiber. Moreover, unlike other pseudo-cereals, it contains no sugars.
Bontasana pasta does not overcook and remains intact even the next day. Every format doubles in weight and volume: for this reason, the recommended average raw portion is 60 grams.
