The Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut Selezione Bottiglia Nera by De Faveri Spumanti is a truly elegant wine, with intense fruity aromas and a dry taste. De Faveri obtains it from the selection of its best Glera grapes from the high hillside vineyards in the municipalities of Valdobbiadene and Vidor.

Training system: Cappuccina with a planting density of 3x1 and Guyot with a planting density of 2.80x1.
Harvest period: second half of September.
Winemaking: white fermentation in stainless steel.
Sparkling process: with selected indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature for 30 days.
Sparking method: Italian method (Martinotti) with sparkling process in stainless steel autoclave through natural fermentation.
Perlage: fine and persistent.
Color: pale straw yellow.
Bouquet: delicate, fruity, and aromatic.
