The Confit Datterini are delicious organic cherry tomatoes, grown in Sicily by the agricultural company La Collina and peeled by hand by the chefs of Garda Gourmet.
These cherry tomatoes are “caramelized” in a dehydrator with aromatic herbs for 18 hours at 40°C, in order to best preserve all the characteristics of the vegetable and maximize its flavors.
