The oranges that form the base of this jam are carefully hand-picked and selected during the best ripening period. The whole fruit is then transformed into jam artisanally without preservatives, in small batches at low temperature in order to preserve its vibrant colors and intoxicating flavors.
The cinnamon is chosen with equal care and added in such a way as to make the taste of the jam spicier yet still balanced.
