Durum wheat of Khorasan variety, ancestor of modern grains, was born in the Middle East thousands of years ago. Interpreted according to the rules of the art by the master pasta maker, during cooking it releases its gentle fragrance of white flowers and freshly shelled dried fruit, with clear hints of pine nuts and macadamia, along with vegetal nuances of edible flowers.
