San Marco line Arborio rice 500g

Among the ambassadors of the best Italian cuisine in the world, a place of honor undoubtedly belongs to Riso San Marco: the first line launched by Riseria Cremonesi and the best-selling in foreign markets. Riso San Marco is the line of tradition, resulting from a purely artisanal processing technique, in accordance with the method used in the ancient rice mills of the Po Valley.

Riso Arborio is a quality of superfine rice with large grains that has a starch-rich core that remains perfectly al dente. It also has a good capacity to absorb liquid and seasoning.

San Marco line Arborio rice 500g: use in the kitchen

The Arborio Rice from the San Marco Line (which we present here in a 500g package) is ideal for the preparation and creaming of risottos and, in general, is suitable for dry rices. During cooking, the transition from raw to overcooked happens particularly quickly: our advice is to always leave it slightly al dente.

Cooking time: 13-15 minutes. Store in a cool, dry place.
