Usage Tips: Preheat the oven to 250°C. In a bowl, combine the pizza mix, 2 tablespoons of EVO oil, 10g of salt, and 300ml of water. Mix everything together and let it rest for 15 minutes. Take the dough again and knead until smooth, then spread it in a baking tray previously greased with oil. Add tomato and bake for 10 minutes. Add mozzarella and other ingredients to taste and finish cooking for another 5-7 minutes.
