This compote is ideal for spreading on chocolate cookies or egg shortbread. Excellent for filling fruit tarts and for stuffing sweet dough candies. We recommend it on citrus ice cream, and particularly on mandarin ice cream. It is also very interesting on pistachio ice cream.
