At the table with Fabio, the wine lover: there is a wine for every occasion

Nice to meet you, I'm Fabio. I am the father of Spaghetti & Mandolino, a lover of good food and good wine.
The flavors of the earth have always been my passion, which is why I founded this e-commerce, to bring rare, genuine and artisanal products to the tables of Italians.
I define myself as a wine lover, but I'm not going to present you with my favorites with an endless list of organoleptic characteristics that define them.

I love wine. Love is passion, and it would be an understatement to enclose the emotions that its taste gives you in a mere bulleted list.
For me, every wine is a &' experience, every glass is a gift you give to yourself, every sip a melody that you hear with taste and not with &' hearing.
And every wine has its chance, it can be enjoyed in company, but also alone, and make any moment better.

At the table with Fabio: that's why I love to enjoy a glass of red wine

It's 11:59pm on a Friday night. The work week is over, but I'm still here in front of the computer fixing two things for Spaghetti & Mandolino. It's starting to get cold outside, it's better inside when it's warm. I detach myself from my laptop for a moment and head to the kitchen.

I take a nice large glass and choose a bottle of red: White Label Colli della Toscana Centrale IGT from the I Balzini winery.
I remove the cork and pour the wine up to half the glass. Let's do up to a bit' more than half.
I sit at my desk: in front of my Spaghetti project, the ruby red cup that gives off a spectacular scent is in my hand.
A moment just for me, I am alone with my thoughts, my ideas, and I accompany myself with this Tuscan red to end the evening in the best way.

Red wines are important, they contain intense flavors and intoxicating aromas and can also be enjoyed at dinner, with a nice plate of red meat.
Brunello di Montalcino DOCG BIO from the Casa Raia winery and the Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Superiore from Le Guaite di Noem are my favorites, representing two lands that I love: Tuscany and Veneto.

At the table with Fabio: from still white to sparkling wine, through rosé

After this full-immersion in red wine, I want to move on to its opposite, white. White wine is synonymous with lightness, clarity and elegance.

I remember with pleasure a dinner with friends, all based on fish, beautifully accompanied by a Bozzovich Bianco Beneventano IGP by Ocone Vini.
So much talk and laughter, a pleasant moment that I connect to this particular bottle.

Another white that I would recommend to anyone to try is definitely the Terminus Gewurztraminer Alto Adige DOC from the Tramin winery, which I love to taste in any situation, alone or accompanied by a simple and light dish.

But the wines are certainly not limited to red or white! C&' is a category of wines with a color that is perfectly halfway between white and red: rosé.
Here, I love the rosé with the bubbles. The Rosè Instinct Franciacorta Brut by Franciacorta Belon is a wine that you don't forget, it is drunk to make a meal special, it gives you a feeling of celebration, of conviviality.
Personally, rosé is not the wine I love the most, but I remember enjoying Pojer and Sandri's Sparkling Brut Rosé Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT in pleasant female company at a business meeting and I admit that I appreciated it even more in that particular situation.

And what does Fabio drink for an aperitif? The Blanc De Blancs Trento Brut DOC BIO, clear. A wine from Maso Martis, but this time I'm talking about a sparkling wine.
This most of all is synonymous with celebration, joy and vitality, and to him I dedicate all the best memories, the happy moments, like the time I celebrated with my colleagues, an unforgettable day.
The flavor, color and sparkling bubbles of that wine make the spirit sparkling and cheer up the day.

Enjoying a glass of wine is a&' incredible experience, especially if it's a good quality wine!
Personally, I associate each bottle with a specific memory, an important occasion, or even just a certain food.
