The Carte Blanche is the historic cuvée most representative of the Champagne Bauget Jouette vineyards. The Chardonnay from Mancy and Sézannais together with the Pinot Meunier from the Coteaux Sud d’Epernay provide fruitiness and incredible elegance.

Aroma: fresh and light with notes of apple, peach, and bread crust.
