The Parma Hills are a magical environment, they smell of history and millennia of norcian tradition. Amable lands that offer gentle views that keep intact the face of the most remote nature; green pastures that open among coppice woods and stretch over timid rocks. Orzale di Neviano degli Arduini is a grand name for a small town, and in medieval times it was the seat of a major vassal of the great duchess Matilde di Canossa. His name was Arduino. These lands have always coexisted with pig farming and the processing of pork in particular. A few kilometers away is the capital of Prosciutto, Langhirano, whose name speaks for itself.
