A dream come true

La Casaia is not just a winery, La Casaia is the realization of a dream! The dream of Roberto and Vittorio, two 50-year-olds, 52 and 53 to be exact, who have the spirit and enthusiasm of two tireless 25-year-olds. #39 Their goal? Produce excellent wine, spread the culture of good drinking, good living and above all enhance the wonderful territory of Oltrepò Pavese, the area where

their farm is based.


L&' green excellence cultivated by the passion of Roberto and Vittorio

The motto that drives all their work is: WE make wine CALMLY, because only then does it become special!


This wonderful project was born in 2017, from a rib of the &' Lozza company, on a late summer evening, during one of the many fantastic dinners spent with friends. Vittorio, with a &' contagious euphoria, wants to emphasize that this &' idea has a deep Italian spirit: it stems, like all good things, from a great friendship and from the sharing of an excellent glass of wine, maybe even two... Vittorio and Roberto immediately set to work and, in a beautiful but little known place as &' it is that of &' Oltrepò Pavese, they create a new reality that aims to produce organic wines, with respect for nature and its rhythms and in the care of &' man and the quality of daily life, with

an eye to a more sustainable future.


Offering its customers high quality wines, La Casaia, in its small way, wants to spread the culture of organic wine and of the whole &' attention and respect that this type of agriculture brings to &' surrounding environment. In a nutshell, Vittorio and Roberto, offering their organic wines with pride and emotion, want to help consumers make informed choices, for a

better world.


L&' farm located on the forty-fifth parallel

L&' La Casaia farm is located on the Lombard hills of Santa Giuletta, a town in &' Oltrepò Pavese, located about 250 meters above sea level.


More precisely, we are straddling the 45th parallel which, due to its climate and territorial structure, marks the road to the sea and is the best parallel in the world for the production of Pinot Noir. Precisely from this peculiarity, you can immediately understand, scrolling through the labels, that Pinot Noir represents the bet of &' a company that has in fact chosen to vinify it in different versions: the classic one in black, the drinkable one in white and in pink as the fashion trends of recent years want. But the experimentation of the La Casaia couple does not end here, in fact Roberto and Vittorio have decided to make pure Pinot Noir even more intriguing and pleasant, with a sparkling version using the

classic method.


In &' La Casaia assortment we also find one of the cornerstones of &' area of &' Oltrepò Pavese: the classic Bonarda, a sublime expression of the Lombardy territory

and traditions.

Started as a good idea among friends, today Casaia has managed to establish itself even among the best 100 Italian sparkling wines, receiving at Golosaria 2022, the “Top Hundred 2022 the best wines d&' Italy” with the Chardonnay Classic Method Passione VSQ 2017!


The culture of good food perpetuated by La Casaia

Between a glass and the &' another one by Bonarda, always during a lunch at &' Italian, Vittorio tells us how this dream came to fruition and expanded in a few years, so much so that it also involves other friends with whom to share the same goals and values. Relationships that, consolidated over time, have expanded l&' La Casaia's gastronomic offer with rice, cold cuts, cheeses, saffron and honey.
