I Egg Durum Wheat Tagliolini by Pasta Santoni are a type of long pasta made artisanally with 100% Marche ingredients, natural and non-GMO. The pasta is shaped manually as tradition requires.
The use of genuine ingredients produced in-house allows for the transformation of semolina and always fresh eggs into a pasta that is entirely different from others, in color, flavor, and aroma.
The Tagliolini are made using the Santoni method: bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, in order to preserve the organoleptic properties of the wheat and give the Tagliolini a rough texture and porosity, so they can better hold sauces.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, 40% eggs.
