The red radicchio cream from Treviso and organic Taggiasca olives by Nonno Andrea is truly tasty and delicate. It is the result of the emulsification of PGI Red Radicchio from Treviso, Taggiasca olives with extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, and a small amount of apple cider vinegar.
It has a purplish color with brownish streaks due to the presence of black olives, creamy and velvety on the palate with the intense flavor of Taggiasca olives, sweet and with a subtle hint of bitterness.
Ingredients: PGI Organic Red Radicchio from Treviso (86.20%), Organic sunflower seed oil (7.20%), Organic extra virgin olive oil (3.20%), Organic Taggiasca olives (1.80%), Organic apple cider vinegar (1%), sea salt, organic cane sugar.
