Extra virgin olive oil of superior category obtained directly from olives and solely through mechanical processes.
The base oil is extra virgin and of Italian origin. The aroma is heated in the oil to about 40 - 60 degrees for a few minutes in order to extract only the essential oils without destroying the integrity of the oil's fragrances.
The Lemon is of Sicilian origin. Excellent for dressing fish stew or grilled seabass. Delicate to sprinkle on fried fish. Great also on fresh seasonal vegetables, particularly cherry tomatoes. It should also be tried on asparagus and boiled eggs.
