The peaches from which Erica Fontana produces the jam come entirely from the company-owned plants located in the river plain along the Adige in the hilly area north of the city of Verona. Peaches of Pescantina, a town that has taken its name from this fruit over time. Only fruit and peaches are present at 110% in the jam. This means that for 100g of jam, 110g of fresh fruit is used. There is no presence of pectin or other types of preservatives. Logically, BIO like the entire philosophy of the Veronese company.
Excellent jam to have for breakfast on a lightly toasted slice of bread with a curl of fragrant butter. This jam can also be used to accompany creamy cheeses and goat ricotta. Additionally, it's perfect for garnishing tarts or filled cookies. Ideal also for cream and vanilla ice creams.
