The Hearts of Violet Artichoke from Frantoi Cutrera are obtained from the Violet Artichoke of Niscemi, an ancient town in the province of Caltanissetta. This product is very soft to the taste, ideal for preservation in oil. In fact, it remains crunchy but at the same time particularly pleasant on the palate and delicate.
The heart of the artichoke is used, placed in the Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the properties of the Cutrera family, particularly the Biancolilla variety, a native Sicilian from Gulfi.
The production of this product follows the most simple and typical recipe: the artichokes are blanched in water and vinegar and then seasoned with oil and spices.

Great for salads and pasta dishes with artichokes, olives, basil, and fresh cherry tomatoes. This product is recommended for quality pizzas or to be paired with good Parma cooked ham.
