Wild sour cherry and aromatic herbs are still well recognizable and infuse youthfulness despite many years behind. Excellent interpretation of the tannins, elegant yet straightforward.
The RoccoRosso Riserva RRR is a wine to sip even at the end of a meal with a good piece of 40% dark chocolate or with a nice soft Cuban cigar. Excellent for game and for particularly processed and spiced meats. With aged and flavorful cold cuts. With aged hard cow's milk cheeses, aged and blue-veined pecorinos, and aged goat cheeses.
