The Blu Bosco Dolomiti is a very special Venetian cheese: a blue-veined cheese with streaks of Penicillium Roqueforti that gives it its blue coloration, aged in a casing made of herbs from the Dolomiti Park and then covered with mountain honeys.
A delicate, enveloping blue cheese that carries the intense flavor of cow's milk and the aromas of the high Dolomites.
It is the meadows that distinguish the quality of the milk. The Dolomites offer biodiversity and a variety of aromatic herbs and high-quality mountain flowers. The milk, coming from the alpine pastures, is a deeper yellow thanks to beta carotene, and the cheese paste is particularly amber, especially with long aging. They are rare gems of delightful taste.

The Blu Bosco Dolomiti (in a one-kilogram portion) is an excellent cheese for cutting, for appetizers, or for dessert. Superb with a drop of acacia honey and a sweet red wine like passito or Recioto di Soave DOCG.
