The Blu Bosco Dolomiti is a very special Venetian cheese: a blue cheese with streaks of Penicillium Roqueforti that give it its blue color, aged in a coating made from herbs of the Dolomites Park and then covered with mountain honeys.
A delicate, enveloping blue cheese that carries the intense flavor of cow's milk and the fragrances of the high Dolomites.
It is the meadows that distinguish the quality of the milk. The Dolomites offer biodiversity and a variety of aromatic herbs and high-quality mountain flowers. The milk, coming from the alpine pastures, is a deeper yellow due to beta carotene and the cheese has a particularly amber paste, especially with long aging. They are pearls of taste of rare pleasure.

The Blu Bosco Dolomiti (in a 500-gram portion) is an excellent cheese for the cutting board, for appetizers, or for dessert. Superb with a drop of acacia honey and a sweet red wine like passito or Recioto di Soave DOCG.
