The forests of Binatega are famous for their alpine biodiversity and are located in the Agordino Alps in the province of Belluno in Veneto. Here, there are rich pastures full of aromatic herbs and flowers that enhance the aromatic component of this cheese made with summer milk. It is a cheese that has won numerous awards in various editions of national alpine cheese competitions.
Cow's milk, natural rennet, sea salt
Its consistency is particularly compact and, if left to mature, can also be used for grating. Excellent and ideal, as per the tradition of shepherds, with some corn polenta. It is paired with wines from the Venetian tradition such as juicy Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot from the Colli Berici
