The Fettuccine made from durum wheat and spelt from Poderi di Pietramogolana are made with 50% spelt and 50% wheat, both grown in the lands of the Berceto agricultural company, in the Parma Apennines.
These fettuccine are the flagship product of Poderi di Pietramogolana. The pasta is bronze-drawn and slowly dried, resulting in an artisanal and flavorful pasta ideal for daily consumption with any type of sauce, which, thanks to its rough texture, blends perfectly.
The choice to create a pasta with half spelt and half durum wheat was born from the idea of producing a more digestible pasta with a lower glycemic index due to the presence of spelt and at the same time, thanks to durum wheat, giving a more balanced flavor that can be enjoyable to eat every day.
