The Geisha coffee by Coffee Hat is a true gem in the world of capsule coffee! It is a unique arabica, one of the rarest and most expensive in the world. It stands out especially for its light body, bright acidity, and an aroma of jasmine with honey and citrus notes, creating a cup of coffee with a superior character and profile.

This coffee is naturally grown at about 1700 meters above sea level at Finca Lerida, Boquete, in the State of Panama, a lovely place near the Baru volcano and known for its “Eternal Spring” climate. Once harvested, it undergoes a process called "washed," where the beans are washed and naturally sun-dried. A medium-light roast is then carried out.

Its exclusive beans have become a legend in Asia thanks to their unique aroma. Although the Geisha arabica variety is generally associated with Panama, this coffee was discovered in the 1930s in the mountains surrounding the town of Gesha, in Ethiopia. Since 1929, when it began exporting coffee from Panama to Europe, Finca Lerida has won numerous international awards including "Best Coffee in the World" according to the American Specialty Coffee Association (SCAA).
