The cheese Ubriaco di Raboso from La Casearia Carpenedo is the first creation of Antonio Carpenedo among his Formaggi di Cantina, dating back to 1976, and it is the origin of the Ubriaco brand. A success that is 40 years old during which experimentation and compromise with high quality have never ceased.

The Ubriaco di Raboso is a cow's milk cheese and has a rind that takes on the classic wine color, a testament to the careful soaking methodology that transforms the paste into a deep yellow with rare and small holes.

UBRIACO DI RABOSO: AWARDS WON

This extraordinary cheese is a poetry of aromas beautifully combined: milk and wine together offering a sensory experience that brings you back to the simple, the true, the healthy. An experience that has convinced several juries. It has indeed won the Golden Spindle in 1996, 2nd place at Caseus Veneti 2013, 3rd place at Alma Caseus 2014, and bronze at the World Cheese Awards 2015-16.
