The Recioto Spumante DOCG from the winery Natalina Grandi is a sweet wine made from the drying of selected grapes from the Gambellara hills.
Made from 100% Garganega grapes, these were processed in small steel tanks to extract more intense aromas, and the dried grapes were stored in a drying room for 120 days. It underwent a second fermentation for five months on the lees in autoclave using the “Charmat method”.
The Recioto Spumante DOCG from the winery Natalina Grandi is an excellent wine that we definitely recommend as a dessert paired with cream desserts.
A wine with a golden yellow color, featuring numerous and fairly persistent bubbles.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Alcohol content: 12°.
