Shortcrust Pastry (88.5%): wheat flour, sugar, eggs, vegetable fats (palm and coconut in variable proportions) and vegetable oils (sunflower), water, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (palm), sunflower lecithin; rising agents: disodium diphosphate, wheat starch, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavors, coloring: beta-carotene.
Filling (11.5%): apricot jam (70% apricots, cane sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, calcium citrate).
