Alternatively, they can be paired with various simple and delicate sauces, such as cherry tomatoes sautéed with just extra virgin olive oil, salt, and a bit of pepper. However, they are also very good with stronger condiments, which are more suitable for slightly covering the taste of the peas, such as, for example, sautéed champignon mushrooms with garlic, oil, and chili pepper.
