The Saint Magdalener Sud Tirolo DOC by Heinrichshof is a high-quality red wine, produced with the extraordinary grapes grown on gravelly and sandy soil located at the foot of the glacial moraines, on the sunny slope just behind the Heinrichshof estate located in Bolzano, in Trentino Alto Adige.
This wine is characterized by a light red color. The aroma is pleasantly aromatic with a scent reminiscent of cherry, while the taste is dry but particularly fresh and velvety.
Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.
The Saint Magdalener Sud Tirolo DOC from Heinrichshof is ideal for pairing with not overly aged cheeses and roasted white meats.
It is also excellent to pair with lake or sea fish with a delicate flavor and vegetables in foil for a vegetarian meal.
The ideal serving temperature is around 15°C and the recommended type of glass is a tall and wide red wine glass which, allowing the wine to aerate, gives the aromas the opportunity to release all their intensity.
